YOU ARE NOT INFLEXIBLE. You just don’t know what your body needs, *specifically.* Just like with strength training, you can train your mobility! If you are consistent, it WILL improve. Touching your toes for 3 seconds after you work out is not an effective strategy !! Generic stretches get imperceptible results! I use 7 targeted strategies to overcome mobility limitations: 1. Active Stretching (Strength building) 2. Passive Stretching (Long holds) 3. Dynamic Stretching (Movement-based) 4. PNF Stretching (Contract-relax) 5. Nerve Glides (Neural tension release) 6. Myofascial Release (Tissue work) 7. Nervous System Regulation (Breathwork) *The Free 20-Minute Session:* I will take a look at your current mobility and offer some targeted stretches and exercises that I think will be the most effective for *you* to demonstrate how we would work together 1-on-1 to increase your range of motion. My goal is to help you move freely and fall in love with how it feels to be in your body. It is possible to move and feel how you want to move and feel.
